Selection Process

To ensure healthy and professional manpower who will be the best but in the timely and proper completion of various projects of our clients we have adopted the following:

Recruitment policy
To ensure healthy and professional manpower who will be the best but in the timely and proper completion of various projects of our clients we have adopted the following recruitment policies.

A) ADVERTISEMENT
After receiving the authorization from our clients/employers we publish openings for all position with complete job description in the leading newspapers.

B)PRE5CREENING
All application received are subjected to an initial screening by our recruitment consultants.

C) SELECTION PANEL
After prescreening selected application are routed through a SELECTION PANEL who pinpoint the eligible candidates
Consisting of highly experienced experts for selection and short listing.

D) INTERVIEW & TRADE TEST
The short listed candidates are called for a through interview by our SELECTION PANEL and by the representatives of the employers. Also representatives of employers subject candidates
to a trade test to physically check the authenticity of the trade the candidate excel in.

E) MEDICAL CHECKUP
The selection candidates are sent for medical test to the concern medical centre authorized by the country where the candidates are going to be employed.

F) DOCUMENTATION HEAD
Individual files will be maintained for all selected candidates which will be contained the following.
a) Original passport
b) Ten Photographs
c) Copy of Medical Test Report
d) Trade test report 01 application
e) Educational & Experience certificate & 0/s
g) Mobilization PERIOD AND DISPATCH OF WORKERS
Normally it takes about two/four weeks to mobilize workers alter receipt of the original requirements/documents From the employers.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FROM THE EMPLOYER

1.POWER OF ATTORNEY
We need Power of Attorney as per printed specimen, From the employer appointing us as their Recruiting Agent in Pakistan to carry our emigration formalities, endorsement of visa from the relevant Consulate, and Dearing from Protector of Emigrants, Govt. of Pakistan. This document should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs/ Chamber of Commerce Embassy of Pakistan of the concerned country.

2. DEMAND LETTER
We also need' Demand Letter, for the recruitment of required personnel giving their jobs description, number of personnel to be recruited and Terms & Conditions of employment, as per specimen.

3. LETTER TO CONSULATE
This letter should be addressed to the respective Consulate, duly attested by the ministry 01 foreign affairs of the concerned country.


4. VISA SLIP
Visa Slip in original or photocopy.


5. Photocopy of Company Commercial Registration (CR/& Identity Card of the Employer for Saudi Arabia only)
